Charles Coniglio has over forty years industry experience spanning Project Management, Business Development, Marketing, Engineering and Functional Management. Thirty-five years' experience in the Domestic and International Defense Industry, with thirty years in Project Management/Business Development roles. His last position was Director of Programs for a $ 800 million project with the Canadian Military. Mr. Coniglio's motivational, honest, straight forward, win-win management style inspires teams to excel and gain customer trust and confidence. He consistently received outstanding reviews from customers and direct reports on leadership, teamwork and creating an outstanding learning work environment. He has taught project management techniques to teams, developed and implemented project management processes, proposal development process and CMMI process in different organizations. Mr. Coniglio earned a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering, completed core MBA curricula and is currently working toward a PhD in Industrial Organizational Psychology. He has developed and taught courses in Quantitative Methods of Management, Work Breakdown Structure Development, and Project Management to engineering and non engineering personnel. He has been involved in creating job descriptions, performance management processes, recruitment and other human resource functions. Mr. Coniglio is experienced working in the Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Project Professional. He is also a website developer, photographer and videographer. He recently formed Coniglio Enterprises with his wife Charlotte who holds a Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling, a consulting firm specializing in training course development and coaching for individuals and small businesses. The goal of the business is to help individuals and small businesses in areas of Project Management, Proposal Development, Recruitment Processes, Performance Development Systems, Organizational Development, and Coaching Skills.
