About the course
Project Management for Work and Home was developed to inform and help students and small business owners understand how the project management process works, and how to apply it to their personal projects. The course also provides the student with insight into how a Project Manager thinks and what you can do to help and advance your career. The course begins my background which includes 35 years in Project Management. The lectures take the student through the importance and Project Management, the Project Management Process and how the process can be used to efficiently manage home projects.
